About Us
We're a pool league based in and around Millom, organising various competitions throughout the year. Our flagship event is the 16-week-long League, and we also host exciting tournaments like the Top 16, League Cup, House Champs, Chairman's Shield, and the Stephen Mason Memorial Cup.
Sunday league matches kick off promptly at 8 PM, so arriving on time ensures a smooth start and allows everyone to head home without delay. Each session this season features 10 singles games and concludes with 2 doubles matches.
The current teams playing are: The Brown Cow A&B, Millom Conservative Club A&B, The Knights A&B, The Miners Arms, The Workies and the Rugby Union. Any other pubs wanting to join the league are welcome to.
The League has a history spanning over two decades, with Derek at the helm for the past 16 years. Brian Shaw, a player of more than 10 years, became a sponsor in 2017 and has been working alongside Derek to steer the League ever since.
